About Us

Hemp, Inc. is a publicly traded company (OTC: HEMP) that was founded in 2008. Our mission is to provide green solutions that help make the world a better place to live. Hemp products are eco friendly, healthy, and can often replace petroleum-based products.

Hemp, Inc. is a pioneer in the industrial hemp industry. Hemp has not been legal in America and other countries for over 70 years. So being able to say “Made from Hemp Grown in the U.S.A.” will be a huge milestone.

People want to see change in the world… stop the wars, save the planet from pollution, eat organic, ban GMOs, reduce our carbon footprint, produce green solutions and live healthy lives. Because of all the benefits hemp offers… “Hemp can Revolutionize the World”. With education, people will understand why it’s important to legalize industrial hemp again.

Working together we can make a difference.

The movement towards legalizing hemp is growing. Hemp, Inc.’s goal is to be the leader in the industrial hemp fiber industry in America, which is now estimated to be over $500 Million. A crop of hemp saves water, energy, reduces the need for pesticides, and is more natural, economical and ecological than using cotton or trees.

In a forward thinking move, Hemp, Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiary Industrial Hemp Manufacturing, LLC purchased the largest decortication plant in North America. Then they began the task of moving it to Spring Hope, North Carolina to their 70,000 square foot warehouse on 9 acres.

Our Story

Hemp, Inc. has bi-coastal processing centers including its 85,000 square-foot multipurpose industrial hemp processing facility in Spring Hope, North Carolina, a state of the art processing center in Medford, Oregon, and a 500-acre hemp growing Eco-Village in Golden Valley, Arizona.

The first products that come from the fully operational North Carolina plant are lost circulation materials (LCMs) and oil absorbents from a hemp and kenaf blend, called DrillWall™ and SpillSuck™ respectively. Kenaf is one of the most absorbent materials on earth, according to a Navy research study.

Hemp, Inc. also processes hemp for companies creating bioplastic to help fill the growing demand for sustainable products, making this the Company’s third natural product venture. Hemp, Inc.’s bioplastic is a proprietary blend of hemp and kenaf that is specifically formulated for the hemp bioplastics industry.

In late 2019, Hemp, Inc. announced Bruce Perlowin’s KING OF HEMP® as officially registered with the federal government’s Patent and Trademark Office, one of the first trademark registrations to issue in the PTO’s post-Farm Bill era of allowing trademark registrations on products containing less than .3 percent THC and the first trademark registration for “hemp cigarettes.” The high quality flower comes from Hemp, Inc.’s Oregon operations and the small hemp farmers they support in the surrounding region.

Our long-term vision is to continue developing proprietary products as well as purchase, acquire, and join with companies across various sectors of the hemp industry. We are creating a portfolio of synergistic businesses that will attract revenues, add value, and further our position as a leader in the industrial hemp industry.
