Hemp Industry Taking Root In Wisconsin

The state’s first industrial hemp crop in over sixty years is now being planted by 227 farmers on about 2,200 acres. The plant can be used in a variety of ways—optimists estimate over 25,000 applications—depending on its specific genetics and how it is processed.
